Refunds
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the wig must meet the following conditions:
• Unused, unwashed, and uncut
• Lace must be uncut and in original condition
• No signs of wear, styling, or damage
• Returned in original packaging
Due to hygiene reasons, worn or altered wigs are not eligible for return or refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
